Strike

Really I do not like politics, i never did took part in a protest.
I was in strike in the University following the agreement of the
majority. I never had an active participation in some movement of
citizen participation. I think the reason because i don like politic
is my father was very fanatic. My father was a member of socialist
party during the government of Salvador Allende. After the Pinochet
military coup on september 1973, my father continued to participate
in politics in spite of the danger that meant for him or his family.
My father chose to continue in politics to stay with us. For that
reason i do not like the politic, football or religion because you
can become so fanatic that nothing is matters more that that.

I know that we have an active part in building our country and defend
our rights and democracy, but i think my big problem is i do not have
a good conscience civica product of being born in a dictatorship.

I have not yet registered to vote and i have no intention of doing so,
but i know that is not right, becouse many people have died so that
everyone has the right to take part in the goverrnment of our country.
I like the attitude of the younger generation who are actively involved
in government decisions.

I think the government has the obligation the guarantee to everyone
has the right to education shall be free and to choose the kind of
education want.

My experience about Concert

Hi, classmate and teacher I want tell you abaut my experience in concerts.
I was many concerts in my life but I liked very much was the concert of Phil Collins. I was with my mother and my friend María Victoria. I really liked
the concert, Phil Collins has a beatiful voice and the show was very exciting.
I love Phil Collins and my husban too. The other concert i was and i really
liked was the concert the Michael Jackson “Dangerous”. The stage and the performance the Michael Jackson was a very amazing. The choreography and
the special effects was a very exciting. Really I do not like very much
Michael Jackson but this concert was very good and i really liked.

The last month i was to saw the Cirque Du Soleil “Quidam” with my husban.
We liked very much this show, the music and the artist was very good. This
show was very beatiful and exciting. I liked very much the clowns, diabolos
and the Statue. The diabolos was a show was four little girls played with
this. The Statue was act was two persons (girls and men)made statue and never losing contact, their had many strong and powers of concentration. Their act
is very beauty. In my personal opinion i liked more the last show “Alegria”.

I want to see “U2”, their will come to Chile in march 2011. I will hope to go.
I think this show will be very very good. The last concert their played in Chile
I didn´t goes.

I would like to do

Hi, every one, I would like tell you about something I would be really like to lern. I would like to playing flute. I love the sond and music of the flute, I think it is a very beatiful instrument. My husband wanted to give me a flute in my birthday but I did not know wich was the most appropriate model to learn to play. I have fear of buying a incorrect flute, because it is too expensive.
I do not know were take class but i think is much better take the class firts and buy the flute after.
I think is very good for the soul and spirit, and I feel if i do not have job like to geography I would can to play on the subway.
Another thing i would like to do is travel around Europe. I think is very interesting and exciting. I would like to Know Bruges in Belgum, French, Italy y Russian. I was in Spain and Rom in Italy. I love to travel, and the adventure of discovering the new place, but i do not have many time and my husband do not like travel in the cheap way.
In september I would like to go to Peru but I do not have air ticket. My husband would like to travel but he do not like go from Lima to Machu Picchu on the bus because he thinks is very dangerous and too long. I would hope us to find ticket and we will can to go to Machu Picchu.

The review

Ximena´s Blogs

Hi, i have to review the blog of Ximena Vergana
for my class of english. This blog has a very nice
picture about the elephant with impermeable coat.
I like to much, and i think it is very difficult
to put the elephat in an impermeable coat. She put
the many photos about her friends. She has a very
funny friends.

The color of the blog i don´t like much, is very
with and does not have any videos. Ximena´s blog
have a poll about the geography teachers. I don not
responded this poll.

The atom most like me about is the “earthquakes”.
She does not write much in her blogs. I think she
should write more about the topic of the english
class.

An Activity i enjoy doing in my free time is sleep, when i have any free time i like to sleep. Often on weekends i sleep after luch. I can sleep around two or three hours. My husband gets annoyed when i go to sleep because i leave them alone during the afternoon of the weekend. I like sleep but a feel i´m losing the time.
The other activity i enjoy doing in my free time is cross stitch embroidery. I like to much embroidery, do it relaxes me a lot. I like embroidery designs for children, fairies and flower. My favorite designer are Mirabilia designs, Paula Vaughan and Michel Powell. I can embroidering all afternoon, but i didn´t embroidered a couple of year ago because i don´t have any time.
I have two unfinished embroidery. One is an American Indian, i am embroidering a gift to my husband and another is a picture of winnie the Pooh it is for my youngest daughter.
Whe I was pregnant i started to embroidering bibs for to my Little baby.

Thailand protests: Soldier killed as troops fire warning shots at red-shirts

One Thai soldier has died in clashes north of Bangkok between troops
and red-shirted anti-government protesters agitating for the dissolution
of parliament.

A Good Movie

The last good movie i saw was name´s “Tennessee”,
in this movie act Ethan Peck, Adam Rothenberg and
Mariah Caray. I liked the movie. I saw it my house alone.

It´s about the story of two brothers. One of them was
suffering from leukemia. They had to return to his
hometown to find his father to be a marrow donor. They
had not seen their father in years because their
father mistreated them.

On the trip they meet a girl who joins them escaping
her abusive husband. When they come to Tennessee they
discover that the father is dead and the sick brother
can not be healed.

I liked the movie because it shows the unión of two
brothers and the damage it abusive parents can cause
a family.
I never saw before Mariah Caray act. I really liked
her performance. My husband does not like dramatic
movies. Whenever we go to the cinema together it is to
see science fiction movies or action. Before we went
to the cinema every week but when my little daughter was
born we could not go as often. I think when my daughter
grows up we´ll go to the cinema to see movies for children.

I love the children´s movie. I want to go to see Toy Story 3.
